As a Randolph Health team member, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed with you and your dependents in mind. Subject to any eligibility waiting period, all of the benefits described are available to regular full-time team members, and most benefits are available to part-time flex team members who are regularly scheduled to work 20 to 36 hours per week. Many benefits are provided at no cost to team members, with the other benefit costs being shared between Randolph Health and the team member.

Medical insurance

Randolph Health offers one medical plan with prescription drug benefits. Coverage is available to eligible full-time and part-time flex team members and their dependents after 60 days of employment.

Our medical insurance offers enhanced wellness services that cover 100 percent of the costs for routine physical exams. Depending on your gender and age recommendations, services such as routine immunizations, Pap and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing, mammograms, and colonoscopies are covered at 100 percent and are not subject to deductibles or co-pays.

Well Within Reach!

Good health is important to everyone, including our team members. Randolph Health has developed a comprehensive program, Well Within Reach, that allows you the opportunity to earn premium bonuses for health insurance based upon your participation in requirements and individual goals to help you and your family lead a healthier life.

The program has four components: a health risk assessment, obtaining an annual physical, being tobacco-free and having a body mass index (BMI) of less than 30. Options are available for those who want to quit smoking and/or lower their BMI. Disease management services will be provided to those team members and family members who have been identified as having a chronic disease or illness. The program is administered by a third-party health enhancement and disease management company, and all information is maintained in strict confidence by the program administrator.

Randolph Health offers two dental plan options. Both plans provide comprehensive coverage and encourage preventive care.

Randolph Health offers one vision plan that provides coverage for routine eye exams and eye wear.

Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

Flexible spending accounts allow employees to pay for certain healthcare and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions. Randolph Health offers a healthcare FSA and a dependent care FSA. The plan features a convenient debit card for immediate reimbursement.

Disability plans

Randolph Health provides short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) coverage for eligible team members. For an approved disability, STD coverage begins 30 days after an accident, illness or hospitalization occurs, and provides income replacement of 60 percent of your base salary (up to a maximum of $800 per week) for a maximum of 22 weeks. If your disability continues beyond 22 weeks, LTD provides 50 percent of your base salary (up to a maximum of $5,000 per month).

Critical illness benefit

If you or a family member is diagnosed with a covered illness, such as a heart attack, stroke, end-stage renal failure, etc., there may be expenses that can impact your finances, including lost income, mortgage payments, prescription drugs, travel expenses, child care expenses and home healthcare. Critical illness coverage pays a lump sum benefit if you are diagnosed with one of the critical illnesses. This benefit is subject to underwriting requirements.

Life insurance

Full-time team members receive 1 1/2 times their annual salary, up to a $200,000 maximum, in life insurance. Basic dependent life insurance is also provided. Team members have the option of purchasing additional supplemental life insurance for themselves and their dependents.

403(b) Retirement savings plan

Randolph Health offers a convenient way to contribute to your retirement by providing you with a retirement savings plan. A variety of different investment options are available. Eligible employees can contribute up to $17,000 per year on a pretax basis. In addition to your contributions, Randolph Health makes matching contributions on the first 4 percent of your contributions to the retirement plan based on your years of service.

Employee assistance program

All team members and their eligible dependents are entitled to three free professional, confidential counseling sessions per calendar year.
