In-Home Aide Program
There is no place like home. But, for many people facing a serious illness, living at home can be a challenge. Randolph Health can help you and your loved ones by providing private in-home aide services.
Our certified nursing assistants provide personal care to patients in the home under the supervision of a registered nurse. The nurse will visit prior to the in-home aide's assignment to assess the needs of the patient and the home environment. The nurse, client and caregiver develop a plan of care of what the in-home aide is needed and expected to do. A registered nurse regularly follows up with the patient and makes home visits to ensure satisfaction with service.
